According to <br>2017 World Health Organization (WHO) data, in developing countries the maternal mortality rate was <br>462/100,000 live births. Even though the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target for 2030 is to reduce the <br>MMR to 70/100,000 live births. This research design uses a case study. The location of this research was carried <br>out at the Independent Practice of Midwife Eka Santi. P., S.Tr.Keb, Central Lampung. The time for carrying out <br>this case study is 06 February 2023 to 31 March 2023. The subjects used in this study were pregnant women whose <br>gestational age was 37 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. In data collection <br>techniques, researchers used triangulation techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The <br>results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. Y pregnancy visits were carried out 9 times. During the third <br>trimester of pregnancy there were no complaints, spontaneous labor was not accompanied by complications, the <br>newborn was normal, the postpartum period was normal and the contraceptive implant was to be used. The care <br>that has been provided has several gaps with theory, and researchers have provided counseling. After providing <br>midwifery care to Mrs. Y it can be concluded that pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum and family <br>planning are normal without any complications. The instruments used are observation sheets, interviews and documentation studies in <br>the form of SOAP format. The pregnancy care that Mrs M received did not meet the 10 T . Mrs M had never received <br>a laboratory examination during this pregnancy. The midwife has motivated me to go to the puskesmas for <br>examination but the patient is not ready. Pregnancy care aims to assist pregnant women in having a healthy <br>pregnancy and preparing for a safe birth. One of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals in reducing maternal mortality is that it requires reducing the global maternal mortality ratio to less than 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030. Maternal deaths can be prevented through proper pregnancy management and care during childbirth, and providing support to mothers. after giving birth and fulfill family planning needs. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs M at the Marwani midwife clinic, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province in 2023. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. This research was carried out at the Marwani midwife clinic, Lampung Regency from 1-30 March 2023. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women with a gestational age of 39 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, interviews and documentation studies in the form of SOAP format. The results obtained were, during pregnancy from the first trimester to the third trimester, Mrs. M made 10 pregnancy visits. The care given to Mrs. M was carried out using the Antenatal Care 10 T approach. First stage of labor for Mrs. M lasts for 9 hours, second stage lasts 15 minutes, third stage lasts 15 minutes and fourth stage is carried out in the first 2 hours from the birth of the placenta until 2 hours after post partum. Baby Mrs. M was born at term, gestation period 39 weeks 5 days, in caring for a newborn by. Mrs. M under normal circumstances has no abnormalities or congenital defects. Mrs. I chose to use contraception 3 months after 6 months of breastfeeding. Untuk memberikan Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehenshif Pada Ny. N Di BPM Provinsi Lampung Tengah Provinsi Lampung. Studi kasus asuhan kehamilan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jenis laporan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini dilakukan pada&nbsp; Ny. D yaitu Ny. D sudah melakukan kunjungan sebanyak 7 kali yaitu pada Trimester 1 melakukan kunjungan sebanyak 2 kali kehamilan, Trimester II melakukan kunjungan sebanyak II kali selama kehamilan, dan pada Trimester III melakukan kunjungan sebanyak 3 kali selama kehaliman. Pada Trimester I ibu mengalami keluhan mual-mual di pagi hari, pada Trimester II ibu tidak ada keluhan selama kehamilan, pada Trimester III adalah sering kencing. Dilakukan pemeriksaan secara keseluruhan yaitu pemeriksaan umum, pemeriksaan tanda-tanda vital, pemeriksaan antropometri, dan pemeriksaan fisik dalam batas normal. <strong>Kesimpulan</strong>: asuhan kehamilan komperhensif pada&nbsp;Ny D&nbsp;disimpulkan bahwa pada selama hamil Ny. Examination Results During pregnancy, Mrs S made 11 pregnancy visits from the 1st trimester to the 3rd trimester. The care given to Mrs. X Antenatal care (ANC) 10 T. Based on the comprehensive care given to Mrs. S. If needs high motivation to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Psychosocial environment effects the <br>motivation of breastfeeding mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of the study was to analyze the <br>correlation between psychosocial support environment with the motivation to give exclusive breastfeeding in the <br>working mothers. The design of study was cross sectional. The total population of all working mothers with babies <br>aged 7-12 month old babies was 70, with samples of 69 people. Purposive sampling technique was used. Univariate <br>analysis used frequency distribution. Bivariat analysis used chi square test. The mothers who had psychosocial <br>environment support was in less good category as many as 52,2% (36 people), goods many as 47,8% (33 people). <br>The high motivation category of exclusive breastfeeding was 60,9% (42 people), the low category was 39,1% (27 <br>people). Bivariat analysis showed that there was a correlation between psychosocial support environment with the <br>motivation of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers (p = 0,029). There is a correlation between psychosocial <br>support environment with the motivation of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers.
