MMR is all deaths <br>within this scope in every 100,000 live births. Apart from assessing maternal health programs, this indicator is <br>also able to assess the level of public health, because of its sensitivity to improving health services. The aim of <br>this research is to provide midwifery care to Mrs T aged 23 years G1P0A0 gestational age 38 weeks 4 days with <br>complaints of low back pain at TPMB Eka Santi Prabekti S.Tr.Keb, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung <br>Province.. The method used in this research is descriptive with a Case Study. The place was held at TPMB Eka <br>Santi Prabekti S.Tr.Keb, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The time for carrying out this case study <br>is February - March 2023. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women whose gestational age was <br>38 weeks 4 days. The sampling technique or research subject that will be used is Purposive Sampling. Midwifery <br>Care for Mrs. T, 23 years old G1P0A0 gestational age 38 weeks 4 days with complaints of low back pain, this <br>has been done by providing counseling according to the complaint. The condition of back pain experienced by <br>mothers is discomfort in the third trimester of pregnancy, a common problem. This condition usually improves on <br>its own, but most mothers still feel disturbed by this complaint. The prevalence of discomfort during pregnancy is <br>around 3-17%, in developed countries 10% and in developing countries 25%, in Indonesia the incidence of <br>discomfort in pregnancy is around 28.7%. The purpose of the study is to find out the average difference before <br>and after doing Pregnancy Yoga to Discomfort in pregnant women in the third trimester. Type of quantitative <br>research with a pre-experimental approach pre-test post-test with one group. The sample used was 38 pregnant <br>women in the third trimester who were given pregnancy yoga 4 times. The sample technique uses Purposive <br>Sampling. Data analysis by Univariate and Bivariate t test dependent. Conclusion There is a difference in the <br>average difference in yoga gymnastics to discomfort in pregnant women in the third trimester. These changes occur due to changes in levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone during <br>pregnancy. One of the effects of physiological changes is lower abdominal pain and cramps in the legs, this <br>condition causes discomfort and if left unchecked will have further impacts such as disruption of the mother's <br>activities due to pain in the lower abdomen and disruption of the mother's resting pattern due to leg cramps that <br>are felt every time the mother sleeps. The purpose of this care is to carry out midwifery care in an <br>appropriate manner so that the discomfort felt by the mother can be reduced.The method used is a case study <br>with an approach based on midwifery management in the form ofsubjective, objective, analysis, and <br>management documentation (SOAP) with the results obtained after monitoring, namely the mother complains of <br>lower abdominal pain and often feels leg cramps, so the analysis that Mrs. X29 years old G2P1A0 gestational <br>age 35 weeks single fetus alive intrauterine head presentation with physiological discomfort of lower abdominal <br>pain and leg cramps. The care provided is education onhow to reduce or overcome physiological discomfort, <br>pregnancy exercise, and calcium administration. The conclusion of the care provided is in accordance with the <br>needs of the mother and the authority of the midwife. As well as physiological discomfort can be <br>overcome. Efforts to <br>reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) by the Government are with a target of 194 per 100,000 live births <br>in 2023 through improving reproductive health services that include distribution services in health facilities that <br>meet standards. The purpose of this study was to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. K at the <br>Independent Midwife Practice Place (TPMB) E, the method used was (Case Study), the place and case study <br>were carried out at TPMB E. Implementation Time on March 15, 2024 to April 02, 2024. The research subjects <br>in this case were pregnant women whose gestational age was 37 weeks 5 days. With research subjects using <br>Purposive Sampling, Interviews and Documentation in the form of SOAP format. Research results: Pregnancy <br>Care provided to Mrs. K with Antenatal Care (ANC) 10 T approach. Childbirth care was carried out with 60 <br>APN steps. The duration of Mrs. K's first stage was 7 hours, second stage was 30 minutes, third stage was 10 <br>minutes and fourth stage was 2 hours. Newborn care for Mrs. K at 37 weeks and 5 days of gestation with <br>essential care management. In 2022, the MMR in Indonesia will be 3,572 per 100,000 live births. According to the Lampung <br>Provincial Health Service, the MMR in Lampung in 2022 will be 96 per 100,000 live births. AKI in Central <br>Lampung in 2022 will be 22 cases (115.45 per 100,000 live births). The method used is a case study, namely by <br>examining a problem related to the case itself, the factors which influences, special events that arise in connection <br>with the case as well as the case's actions and reactions to a treatment. The subjects used in this study were <br>pregnant women who were 32 weeks pregnant, then followed until the postpartum period was over. The sampling <br>technique or research subject that will be used is Purposive Sampling. The results of this research were normal <br>third trimester pregnancy care, normal and smooth delivery care, normal newborn babies, normal and smooth <br>postpartum care and the contraceptive method chosen was three monthly birth control injections. There is a gap <br>between theory and practice that can be resolved with counseling. The <br />time for carrying out this case study is in August 2024. The subjects used in this research are pregnant women <br />whose gestational age is 36 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique or research subject that will be used is <br />Purposive Sampling. Midwifery Care for Mrs. N aged 25 years G1P0A0 gestational age 36+5 weeks with <br />complaints of constipation has been done well. The majority of all newborn deaths (75%) occur during the first week of life and approximately 1 <br>million newborns die within the first 24 hours. Premature birth, intrapartum-related complications and birth <br>defects cause most of the BBL deaths. Method: This type of research is descriptive with a purposive sampling <br>technique using the SOAP instrument. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, physical <br>examination and documentation studies. Clients receive information about care for newborns, although there are <br>several gaps in the provision of Vit. K and the Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) process. The adjustment that the mother made was to the <br>fact that she was pregnant. In early pregnancy, women sometimes feel happy and sad. It is usually also affected <br>by fatigue, nausea and frequent urination. For this reason, women who previously had a view of themselves or if <br>there were some problems that arose at the beginning of pregnancy, then this period is a worrying period. The <br>second trimester is often known as the period of good health, which is when women feel comfortable and free <br>from all the discomfort experienced during pregnancy. The third trimester is often called a period of vigilance. <br>There is a feeling of anxiety considering that babies can be born at any time. Women will again feel stronger <br>physical discomfort towards the end of pregnancy. He will feel awkward, ugly and messy. Anxiety and fear of <br>the delivery process increase, which is a concern is pain, wounds during childbirth, the health of the baby, the <br>ability to be a responsible mother and how the relationship with the husband, there is a sleep disorder, it must <br>be explained about the delivery and birth process so that the mother is confident that she can go through the <br>delivery process well. Methods: This type of research uses SOAP with techniques that include observation, <br>interviews, physical examinations, documentation and literature studies. Clients get information about <br>discomfort in pregnant women and how to overcome it.
