ABSTRACT
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is the number of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum
caused by its management but not other causes such as accidents or falls in every 100,000 live births. Efforts to
reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) by the Government are with a target of 194 per 100,000 live births
in 2023 through improving reproductive health services that include distribution services in health facilities that
meet standards. The purpose of this study was to provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care to Mrs. K at the
Independent Midwife Practice Place (TPMB) E, the method used was (Case Study), the place and case study
were carried out at TPMB E. Implementation Time on March 15, 2024 to April 02, 2024. The research subjects
in this case were pregnant women whose gestational age was 37 weeks 5 days. With research subjects using
Purposive Sampling, Interviews and Documentation in the form of SOAP format. Research results: Pregnancy
Care provided to Mrs. K with Antenatal Care (ANC) 10 T approach. Childbirth care was carried out with 60
APN steps. The duration of Mrs. K's first stage was 7 hours, second stage was 30 minutes, third stage was 10
minutes and fourth stage was 2 hours. Newborn care for Mrs. K at 37 weeks and 5 days of gestation with
essential care management. Postpartum care was carried out at postpartum visits for 7 hours and 4 days.
Conclusion Comprehensive Midwifery Care using SOAP for Mrs. K from Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum
and Newborns took place physiologically without any complications and accompanying complications.
