Abstract

The level of health of a woman can be determined from the number of deaths caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. One of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals in reducing maternal mortality is that it requires reducing the global maternal mortality ratio to less than 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030. Maternal deaths can be prevented through proper pregnancy management and care during childbirth, and providing support to mothers. after giving birth and fulfill family planning needs. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs M at the Marwani midwife clinic, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province in 2023. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. This research was carried out at the Marwani midwife clinic, Lampung Regency from 1-30 March 2023. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women with a gestational age of 39 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, interviews and documentation studies in the form of SOAP format. The results obtained were, during pregnancy from the first trimester to the third trimester, Mrs. M made 10 pregnancy visits. The care given to Mrs. M was carried out using the Antenatal Care 10 T approach. First stage of labor for Mrs. M lasts for 9 hours, second stage lasts 15 minutes, third stage lasts 15 minutes and fourth stage is carried out in the first 2 hours from the birth of the placenta until 2 hours after post partum. Baby Mrs. M was born at term, gestation period 39 weeks 5 days, in caring for a newborn by. Mrs. M under normal circumstances has no abnormalities or congenital defects. Mrs. I chose to use contraception 3 months after 6 months of breastfeeding. The conclusion of this research is that Mrs. M provided comprehensive care from pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, BBL, as well as family planning counseling and carried out SOAP documentation.
