Abstract

ABSTRACT
The success of maternal health programs can be assessed through the main indicator Maternal Mortality Rate
(MMR). In 2022, the MMR in Indonesia will be 3,572 per 100,000 live births. According to the Lampung
Provincial Health Service, the MMR in Lampung in 2022 will be 96 per 100,000 live births. AKI in Central
Lampung in 2022 will be 22 cases (115.45 per 100,000 live births). The method used is a case study, namely by
examining a problem related to the case itself, the factors which influences, special events that arise in connection
with the case as well as the case's actions and reactions to a treatment. The subjects used in this study were
pregnant women who were 32 weeks pregnant, then followed until the postpartum period was over. The sampling
technique or research subject that will be used is Purposive Sampling. The results of this research were normal
third trimester pregnancy care, normal and smooth delivery care, normal newborn babies, normal and smooth
postpartum care and the contraceptive method chosen was three monthly birth control injections. There is a gap
between theory and practice that can be resolved with counseling. After providing midwifery care to Mrs. The
results of this comprehensive midwifery care are expected to provide optimal and quality services according to
patient needs.
