ABSTRACT
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator of all deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods
that are caused by management but not due to other causes such as accidents or incidents. MMR is all deaths
within this scope in every 100,000 live births. Apart from assessing maternal health programs, this indicator is
also able to assess the level of public health, because of its sensitivity to improving health services. The aim of
this research is to provide midwifery care to Mrs T aged 23 years G1P0A0 gestational age 38 weeks 4 days with
complaints of low back pain at TPMB Eka Santi Prabekti S.Tr.Keb, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung
Province.. The method used in this research is descriptive with a Case Study. The place was held at TPMB Eka
Santi Prabekti S.Tr.Keb, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The time for carrying out this case study
is February - March 2023. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women whose gestational age was
38 weeks 4 days. The sampling technique or research subject that will be used is Purposive Sampling. Midwifery
Care for Mrs. T, 23 years old G1P0A0 gestational age 38 weeks 4 days with complaints of low back pain, this
has been done by providing counseling according to the complaint. The condition of back pain experienced by
mothers is discomfort in the third trimester of pregnancy, a common problem. This condition usually improves on
its own, but most mothers still feel disturbed by this complaint. In this case, there were no discrepancies between
the case and the existing theory
