Abstract

ABSTRACT

 The level of health of a woman can be determined from the number of maternal deaths caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. One of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets in reducing MMR is to require the global maternal mortality ratio to be reduced to less than 70 per 100,000 live births by 2030. Efforts to accelerate the reduction in MMR are carried out to ensure that every mother can access quality maternal health services. , such as the health of pregnant women, delivery assistance by health workers, inspection of health service facilities, post-natal care for mothers and babies, specific care and referrals. If complications occur, get maternity leave and childbirth and family planning services (Lampung Province Health Profile, 2020). The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S in PMB The time for carrying out this case study is 06 February 2023 to 04 March 2023. The subjects used in this research were pregnant women whose gestational age was 36 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique or research subject is purposive sampling, interviews and documentation studies in the form of SOAP format. Examination Results During pregnancy, Mrs S made 11 pregnancy visits from the 1st trimester to the 3rd trimester. The care given to Mrs. X Antenatal care (ANC) 10 T. Based on the comprehensive care given to Mrs. S. Sprinkle, newborn, childbirth in TPMB Eka Santi Prabekti, S.Tr.Keb takes place physiologically without any complications and complications that accompany it.
