Abstract

ABSTRACT
Efforts to reduce MMR by midwives are by ensuring that every mother is able to access quality health services,
such as health services for pregnant women, birth assistance by trained health workers in health service facilities,
post-natal care for mothers and babies, special care and referrals if complications occur, Family Planning (KB)
services, including post-natal family planning. The aim of this research is to provide midwifery care to Mrs. . The
place was held at TPMB Sulistyo Rahayu, S.Tr.Keb. Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province in 2024. The
time for carrying out this case study is in August 2024. The subjects used in this research are pregnant women
whose gestational age is 36 weeks 5 days. The sampling technique or research subject that will be used is
Purposive Sampling. Midwifery Care for Mrs. N aged 25 years G1P0A0 gestational age 36+5 weeks with
complaints of constipation has been done well. The diagnosis in this case is Mrs. N, 25 years old G1P0A0,
gestational age 36 weeks 5 days, single live fetus in uterine head presentation with complaints of constipation.
Planning, implementation and evaluation Mrs. N, 25 years old G1P0A0, gestational age 36 weeks 5 days, single
live fetus intrauterine head presentation with complaints of constipation was carried out by providing counseling
according to complaints and no discrepancies were found in the case with existing theory.
